  • It really depends on your comfort level and experience. We recommend starting with shorter sessions of 10–15 minutes and listening to your body. Most people enjoy 20–30 minutes at a time, with breaks in between to cool down and hydrate. If you have booked a longer session (60 or 90 minutes), feel free to enjoy multiple rounds at your own pace. The most important thing is to feel good and never push yourself beyond what feels right.

  • Yes, we recommend booking in advance to guarantee your spot. However, walk-ins are also welcome if there are available slots.

  • Using the sauna offers numerous physical and mental benefits, including:

Relaxation and stress relief: The heat helps soothe muscles and calm the mind, promoting relaxation.

Improved circulation: The warmth increases blood flow, which can support cardiovascular health and muscle recovery.

Detoxification: Sweating helps flush out toxins from the body, promoting a natural cleansing process.

Skin health: The heat opens pores, helping to cleanse the skin and improve its appearance.

Pain relief: Regular sauna use can help reduce muscle soreness, joint pain, and even tension headaches.

Improved sleep: The calming effects of the sauna can promote better sleep and deeper rest.

Boosted mood: Sauna use can stimulate the release of endorphins, improving overall mood and well-being.

  • Alcohol is prohibited before and during sauna use. For your safety, consuming alcohol can impair your body’s ability to regulate temperature and increase the risk of dehydration in a hot environment. We encourage you to avoid alcohol to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

  • To ensure a safe and enjoyable sauna experience, here are some tips to prepare:

Hydrate: Drink plenty of water before your session to stay hydrated.

Shower: Take a quick shower to cleanse your body and open your pores before entering the sauna.
